Librod Board consist of experienced professionals, technocrats and business experts with experience in both public and private service and having a sound understanding of the Oil and Gas Industry both locally and internationally.
Chairman-Engr. (Dr) Abubakar Lawal Yar’Adua.
Engr. (DR) A. L. Yar’Adua is the Chairman of Librod Energy Services Limited. An MSC degree holder in Chemical Engineering from University of Technology Sofia-Bulgaria and MBA in Petroleum Management and Economics from Templeton College Oxford and College of Petroleum Studies, Oxford.
He was the Managing Director of Kaduna Refining Petrochemical in 1995 and Managing Director of Integrated Data Services 2000.
Engr. Yar’Adua served on the commissioning team of Warri Refinery, construction team of Kaduna Refinery where he remained to become the Production Manager and rose to the position of the Executive Director Operations.
In July 2003, he became the Group Executive Director – Refining and Petrochemical at NNPC headquarters Abuja and was later appointed Group Managing Director of NNPC in August 2007 and was retired in January 2009.
Vice Chairman-Brodericks Uvie. Arigbodi
Brodericks Arigbodi is the Executive Vice Chairman of Librod Energy Service Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University Of Benin.
Upon completion of his university degree, he proceeded on a one year mandatory National Youth Service Corp(NYSC) in Kano where he worked briefly with SOCON Limited and Aziz Holdings Limited both local companies in Kano involved in the supply of Chemicals and additives to manufacturing companies.
In 1993, he left Kano to set up Librod chemical limited in Port Harcourt and is till date the Vice Chairman/ Managing Director.
Deputy Managing Director- Martin Grainger.
Martin Grainger is the Deputy Managing Director Of Librod Energy Service Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry from Newcastle Upon Tyne Polytechnic.
He has over 28 years’ experience in Petroleum industry and was the Business Unit Manager of Engineered Chemistry and Drilling Fluid Services Europe, Caspian & Sub Sahara Africa in Weatherford International from 2009-2015.
